GRIP fleets are aimed at helping you to gain understanding of the different career options and things to do in EVE. Each GRIP fleet is designed to start out with a basic 101 class followed by a practical excample of the content in question. This is most often achieved with a fleet operation. GRIP fleets are open for both new and old players and older players who already have the basic understanding of the game mechanisms most often join for the practical fleeting part.
